Sun – Annual Outdoor Mass & Parish Picnic

Our annual Outdoor Mass and Parish Picnic will take place once again on the last Sunday of July – this year, July 28th. Weather permitting, the 11AM Mass is celebrated outdoors under the gazebo, Following Mass, a Parish Picnic is held to which all parishioners, former parishioners, graduates of our school, neighbors, friends and total strangers are invited. If the weather is uncooperative, the Mass and picnic will moved indoors. The parish provides the hot dogs, burgers and sausage, as well as all the beverages. If possible, families are asked to bring a dish to share: last names A-H snacks, I-O desserts, and P-Z salads (fruit, pasta, bean, etc.). Of course, if you have your own special “creation” you wish to share with others, just bring it. All of this is free – just another way to celebrate who we are as the parish family of St. Aloysius Gonzaga. Please let everyone you meet know they are invited to the Mass and picnic. Reach out to one of our in-active parishioners and invite that person to come with you to the Mass and picnic. Your help will be needed to set up and take down, to receive food and prepare the food tables, to grill the meat and distribute the beverages. There is also a need for a few people to take over the grilling of the meat. Plan on joining us for the Outdoor Mass and Parish Picnic on July 28th.
